All acceleryate products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be "returned," refunds are handled as follows.
We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is materially not as described on the product page, or if a technical issue prevents you from downloading or opening the files and we are unable to resolve it. Contact us first — most download and file issues are fixed quickly.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the files have been downloaded, for incompatibility with software other than that stated in the product requirements (Adobe Photoshop CC 2020+), or for dissatisfaction with results such as views or channel growth, which depend on factors outside the product itself.
Email support@acceleryate.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
