These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of acceleryate.com (the "Site") and your purchase of digital products from acceleryate ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to these Terms.
acceleryate sells premade digital products, including Photoshop thumbnail preset packs and related design assets ("Products"). All Products are delivered as instant digital downloads. We do not offer physical goods, consultations, or custom services.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. After successful checkout, you receive immediate access to download your Product. All purchases are one-time payments — no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products in your own personal and commercial projects (e.g., thumbnails for your channels or your clients' channels). You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or repackage the Products or any portion of them, whether modified or not, as standalone assets or as part of a competing product.
All Products, Site content, and branding remain the intellectual property of acceleryate. Third-party trademarks or platform interfaces referenced in mockups belong to their respective owners and are included for editorial/compositing purposes only.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
Products are built for Adobe Photoshop (CC 2020 or newer). You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your software before purchase. See product descriptions for details.
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results (views, growth, or revenue). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
